pre nuptual agreement
How much is it to make a prenuptual agreement I want a standard one that will work in any state in the usa that covers anything my corporation makes before or during marriage and any money I get when my parents die.

The cost of creating the document you seek varies depending on the complexity of what you want. A pre-nuptial agreement should not be drafted without thorough fact finding and frank discussions with the client.

There is no such thing as a standard prenuptial agreement. EVery one differs depending upon the facts. I have never seen one for less than $1,000. Each side needs their own attorney. A list of full disclosure of assets must accompany it.
