are people allowed to hit pregnant women in the stomach? if that happens what happens.

No. Nobody is allowed to hit anyone in Florida. It is a battery. The person who was hit can call the police and file charges. If the parties have a domestic relationship, they a domestic violence complaint can be filed.

Simply no, unless it was an accident. The criminal law makes it a second degree felony to batter a pregnant female.
