Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am pro se in a divorce in FL. My ex is continuously evading discovery. He turned in a tax return that I believe is not the one he filed. The judge ordered him to sign a release from the IRS so I can get his records. He now says he is not going to sign it because he wants to invoke his 5th amendment rights. what can I do to stop that from being allowed? If he invokes the 5th, can I still subpoena his federal tax documents? There is significant intentional dissipation of assets, and I need to prove it.

File a motion for contempt. The judge can then sanction him either jail or fine or both. Also the 5th is a criminal element - you are in civil court.

File a motion for contempt, the 5th Amendment argument is bogus.
