Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have provided for my son for his entire existence. I take him to doctor's appointments, register him for school, his insurance is under my name since the mother let it expire. Well we went to court and since I have the ability to pay and she "cannot look for work due to practical matter" (she has to pass ultrasound exams to be licensed) the judge ruled in her favor and not only do I pay all day care costs-- I also have to pay medical insurance, child support and she has primary residence. This is not fair considering she chose not to do anything for his benefit. She is a deadbeat mother, and she also made a motion to consolidate the case and she didn't even show up to the hearing but they granted her motion anyway. What was the point of making me go if they were just going to default it to her even though she didn't show. Truth is, she is jealous of my new relationship and makes decisions based on her mood and slanders me and my girlfriend constantly. My girlfriend is more of a mother than she is. She also didn't take the parenting class which means she is in contempt. So she committed perjury on financial affidavit, lied under oath, did medicaid fraud, lives with a drug dealer that was recently arrested, and leaves threatening voicemail and text messages and didn't take the parenting class within the 45 days. What would be her punishment for being held in contempt? And the perjury? And lying under oath? And Medicaid fraud? I am giong to appeal obviously... I don't see how this defaulted on her when she SUCKS as a parent.

I am not sure about your complaint here. She obviously is a dead beat. You have your child. She can't pay. You must. It is too bad she is as she is but you picked her and you decided to make a child with her. You must protect and provide for the child. If she has been ordered to take classes annd efuses and is as bad as it seems, then the court will not allow her to have visitation. Not sure what you are appealing. If she has committed Medicaid fraus, then report her.
