Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I recently asked my ex-husband to sign and get notarized ppwrk for a renewal of our son's passport, that I faxed to his nearest UPS store. He said that he would go that day, but did not and it still being uncooperative in getting this done. Is there any legal action I can take against him to make him sign the papers, when he has no reason to deny our son a new passport?

Yes, there's an unusual motion which you probably won't find online called a motion to compel passport signature. Email me and I'll send you one in Microsoft Word format. I say "unusual" because it's not one of the standard forms, but it gets filed pretty frequently because yours is a pretty common problem.
