Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex has been recording my daughter and I on the phone. What can I do to stop this because florida is a two party consent state and I don't give him permission. What motions do I file? With family court?

This would probably not be an issue the judge in your divorce case would want to deal with. Unlawful recording of telephone conversations is a felony criminal offense. You would need to contact your local law enforcement agency and complain to them about it. Depending upon the evidence or proof available that your ex is recording telephone conversations, the police may investigate further and refer it to the State Attorney's Office for prosecution.
