Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello, We had a restraining order case consolidated into the final divorce. Now that we have a shared parenting plan we would like to remove the restraining order. Can this be done with a letter to the judge or does this have to go by hearing. The order was modified to see each other but I couldn't go to the residence. Now we have both agreed to drop this restaining order so we can move on and do drop off and pick ups at both residence. Which judge would have jurisdiction, the divorce judge or the the judge that the restraining order was consolidated to? Thank You!

You have to file a motion to dismiss in the domestic violence court and have a hearing before the domestic violence judge.
