Share custody - what does that mean? Do you have papers from the court outlining the visitation between the two of you or is this something that you two have decided on your own?

If you have papers from the court, then I suggest you read them carefully and see exactly what your position is - if he is in violation of the visitation schedule then file immediately for a pick up order from the court and a contempt violation as well. Since he is not answering the phone, I would call the sheriff's office there and have them go out and see if they are still there - he may have moved and is on the run. Send a copy of your papers to the Sheriff's office so they know that you have custody otherwise they will not do anything as it is a civil matter and you must have a court order in place.
