Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My sister moved back home at our mom's request because of financial difficulty. Our mom deceased some time after and now her husband wants my sister to leave but she is not yet ready financially. Our mom was co-owner. Can he force her out.

Cannot answer on this information. If Mom dies with a will the language of the will may control.In some states a surviving spouse automatically inherits the Homestead to the exclusion of everyone else. In some states if Mom dies without a will the adult children share in the Homestead. Best to have an attorney in Mom's state of residence review the situation.
