Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My son was born when I was still married to my ex husband he was put on his birth cif' when me and him devorced a DNA on Blake was done and Blake was not his(never was) the actual father I am with we are not married I do not wish too. But we want to change my sons last to his and have him put on the birth cif' we do not want to do a DNA test.

Can we change his last name? How?

You have to do more than change the last name. You have to die-establish paternity of the former husband and establish paternity of the birth father. You will need a lawyer.
