Spousal support

I recieved a court order last year on Dec. 13 saying that I have to pay rehab alimony from June 27 '06 to June 13 '08. My IDO (income deduction order) wasnt issued until Jan '07. My ex says she can and will collect from June. Does she have a clue what she's talking about? because i asked someone about my delinquency and they told me i was delinquent from when the court order came out (dec) to when the IDO was issued (jan). i told them about the court order and they said they couldnt help me. and they work for the child support system. if you can help me it would be appreciated.

If you figure up the total you were supposed to pay as rehabilitative alimony, and subtract what you have paid, that's what you still owe. The time period running out just mean some payments are overdue.
