submitting documents to court

I have sent a financial affidavit to the courts for my case now the other party has not filed theirs so we can move on with this. What can I do? I try to file a motion to comply and no response. Im doing this pro se.

You need to file a Motion to Compel Mandatory Disclosure. You then need to set it for hearing. It may need to be heard in front of a General Magistrate, so you may need to first file a Motion for Referral to General Magistrate and get a signed Order of Referral to General Magistrate from your assigned judge. I recommend that you contact a local fammily attorney in your area and see if he/she would be willing to file a Notice of Limited Appearance to help you achieve these legal objectives.
