Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

termination of paternity

I asked the father of my baby to sign a document saying that he is giving up any rights on her, but he said only if he doesn't have to pay for her. I haven't yet take him to court for child support but was planning to do soon. Can I still claim child support even if he signs a waiver for me? Is it possible to have something like this done with the mediator or only with a lawyer? Can I extend this document to his family and relatives, saying that none of them would claim for custody if something happen to me or none of them would be able to come even close to her or have nay contact with her for life time?
