i went thew a mediation in nov. 2008 and the divodce was final in nov of 2009 at the time of the mediation my ex wife was told she had to do a QDRO AS OF THIS TIME she hasnt done it. every time she was asked about it she telles me she cant affored it . but she gives me a hard time about not getting her the money on time what are my opptions

You can initiate the QDRO through your attorney on her behalf.

You can initiate the QDRO through your attorney on her behalf as Mr. Gwaltney has stated. However, you could file a contempt against her and bring her back to court and force her to do same. She can get the QDRO for free from her company as you must prepare it according to their terms.

You have two options. First you can do it yourself, provided there is a Final Judgment in place, without a FJ there may be tax consequences. Second you can return to court and request the Agreement be enforced.
