can unemployment be garnished for alimony when to court in june 2010 judge ordered xhusband to pay 125.00 plus 50.00 per week on alimony and back 20,000.00 we were divorce in 2008jan.

from june until now still no alimony due to he says he is unemployed which the amount he gets is court record 395.00+ my question is can i get a garnishment on the unemployment in texas

IF you have an Income Deduction Order and the ex is employed, then you can file the Income Deduction Order with the employer who must abide by the Order or the company will be sanctioned.
