Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I voluntary reliquish my parental rights in TX will I continue to have to pay child support? There is no one adopting my child.

You've filed your question in a Florida forum, where mostly only Florida lawyers can see it. You need to repost your question and use a Texas zip code. Under Florida law, you could not relinquish your parental rights unless someone was willing to adopt, though, in Florida, if someone were to adopt, you would not pay future support.
