Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my wife was arrested 3 months ago for domestic violence. At the time I went to court I explain to the judge that I would not be pressing charges but that I would be moving out of the house to Miami and then my wife would be staying in West Palm Beach. The judge granted her supervised visitation during the case. 3 months have elapsed and my question is now that the case has been dropped and DCF has closed their case is there anything preventing my wife from keeping my children when I drop them off to visit her as we are now seperated. My children are in school have a great home and are safe. I am just worried that she will not return them to me. I am a medically retired veteran and work as a guard at my childrens school.
