Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My wife has filed for divorce, and in the financial affidavit it asks about household expenses, with one form for each of us. Currently, my wife and I still live together, but will be moving to seperate homes at the beginning of next month.

Do we use the same household expenses, or do we estimate what each of our household expenses will be after we move apart?

Also, my wife is moving to Panama City, FL, and I am moving to Missouri. We currently live in Okaloosa County, which is where we were planning to file. Should we use the addresses for where we are moving to, or where we lived when we filed?

Last question, I swear. It is my wife you is petitioning for the divorce. I've agreed, and we've agreed on how to split assets/debts. Will I need to come back for the hearing?

Thank you.

If you are filing a marital agreement and have no problem about the finances, then fill out the form as if this were your expenses only.
