Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Wife and husband "will be" resturant buisness partners, both will work in the one resturant they will own. Wife will run the resturant in the day hours. Husband will continue with his goverment day job, then he will run the resturant in the night hours.

Can this couple enter a legal buisness contract that will protect each interests in their resturant buisness even if they decided to divorce?

Can the contract include an agreement that if one of each (or both) decided to place a restraning order to the other, they each forfeit the restraining orders protection at their resturant buisness location?

You can draw up any contract arrangement you want but whether a divorce court will alow the arrangement will be questionable. Is there undue influence, hardship on one spouse to the other, restraining orders are for the protection of the other party - if violated the offender faces jail time.
