Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ex- Wife Iterference with new fiance and her job

Hi, Recently my fiance and his ex-wife split up. She has shared parental custody of their son. The minor child is staying with us for half the summer as declared in the marital settlement agreement. Recently she called my job harassing a manager and a customer service rep threatening to have her lawyers call them if they did not provide her with information as to when or if I was working next week. This caused my boss to talk to me about this and I feel that this is making my character look bad. I would please like to know if I tried to take her to court for this would I have a case? There is a specific section in my fiances settlement agreement with her that is labeled INTERFERENCE and it states something like neither party (being my fiance and her) shall interfere with the lives of each other and I feel that she has broken this agreement.

Thank You for your time..

Both of you can seek redress in court. You for harrassment and your fiance for breach of the agreement.
