when called notice to appear at an arraingment misdemnor, can you have an attorney present?

An arraingnment takes place in criminal case (not in civil litigation). You may have an attorney present, and you probably should if you intend to hire an attorney. The sooner your attorney gets working on the case, the better off you will be.
