Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Car Deal

my car's buyers order states i'm to pay 1 installment of1861.59 beginning 11-10-2009 does that mean i dont pay on the car until that date? I also have a promissary note that states that i can pay 200 every 2 weeks until taxes & tage fess are paid. then pay 70.00 weekly or 140 biweekly until balance paid? I've tried talking with the dealership to better explain. I was told by the sales guy who is no longer with them that i would make the promised payments starting in 11/10/2009 as the buyers order states, however the owner of the dealership cliams to never have agreed with that sale, but i have all the papers with the singature of the sales guy. Can he go back on a deal? because now he wants over 500.00 in payments or to reposses the car, which i have been paying just because i didn't want to wait till november i put 900.00 down and have make additional payment of 300.00. Can they do this? I ask to try an rework the deal they refuse, will not return phone calls, was very verbally abusive the last time i stopped in. I even ask that i give the car back and he give me back half of the down payment back since we can't come to an agreement, that was turned down.

Re: Car Deal

If the sales person was authorized to sign the agreement then he can't change it now. If you have complied with the contract, then he cannot repossess the car.
