Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

country club membership agreement

Several years ago we joined an equity owned Country Club and we apparently signed a document we did not fully understand. Our financial picture has changed and we find we are forced to continue to pays dues until our membership is sold which could take 2-3 years. We understand we will give up our equity $$....we just want to get out of paying the monthly dues. How can we get out of this? We just cannot afford to pay the fees anymore.

Re: country club membership agreement

You should probably have someone review your contract with the club adn perhaps contact them concerning an early release.
