Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

credit card application
My now ex-husband used my information to obtain a Bank of America credit card. I was unaware of this fact until two months after our divorce was final and I received a phone call from a collection agency. I have been trying to deal with the bank to no avail. I am being told by the bank I have to sue my ex-husband. I am currently in England with my husband who is in the Air Force. How may I do that while I'm over here? This is having a negative impact on my credit.

You should have a Florida attorney look into the matter for you.It will be alot easier than your getting involved. Good luck.
