Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida
If I file for a restraining order/order of protection in Florida, if the respondant lives next door to another family member, does the order keep the respondent frome coming to the family member's house while I am there? He claims to have been diagnosed bipolar and supposedly is on medication.

The injunction generally requires he stay 500 feet from you and 100 feet from your car. However, judges can change the terms and conditions of the injunction so the correct answer would depend on the language in the injunction.
