Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Golf liability

If I'm playing golf and I hit a passing car on a public road (or entrance to goflclub), am I liable for any damages? What about houses along the course?

Thanks for the information.

Yes, if you hit the car or house, you are liable for the damage you caused. Why would you think you might not be?

Re: Golf liability

If you hit another golfer, then they generally have assumed the risk of being hit by being out there. But the car was not on the course and the house wasn't either; so you are liable.
