Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

HOA Issue

In what area of legal expertise would a lawyer be that would handle a suit for us against my home owners association? I would like to consult regarding an issue I have with my HOA. Thank you

Re: HOA Issue

There is nothing particularly complicated about that area of law. It is a basic civil litigation matter. The causes of action will depend on the particular facts of your case, and you can seek either money damages, or what is called injunctive relief, or both. Injunctive relief is an Order from the Court directing the other party to, or prohibiting the other party from, doing something.

If you would like to chat further, please give me a call. I think my firm may be able to be of assistance. We have handled home owner association matters in the past.
