Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My husband and I are in foreclosure in Florida and we were sent into mediation by the courts in Florida. We were instructed to bring our updated financial to the mediation and nothing more. Oh, by the way, we are pro se in this. Anyway, I had lost my drivers license 3 daus earlier, and when we showed up for mediation, the mediation center manager asked for photo ID. Well, my husband had his, and I didn't because, it is lost. First of all, we were never told we needed to bring it, If I would've been aware of that I would've filed for a continuance because I have a temporary license which is not to be used for identification and I have to (thanks homeland security) get my birth certificate from the state of california now to get a replacement license which will take 2 to 4 weeks.

The mediation center manage checked with the attorney for the bank and was told she wouldn't agree to meet with us, or to meet only with my husband for the mediaiton. Now she is claiming I failed to appear at the mediation...which is crap because I was physically there!!!! I feel the attorney acted in bad faith not at least meeting with my husband, if they are concerned that I wasn't who I said I was , because lets face, everyone is clamoring to show up to a foreclosure mediation when they aren't in foreclosure!!! Excuse the sarcasm...but I am furious!! My question I guess is what do I do now, do I need to file a motion with the court and what type of motion.....the whole thing is ridiculous and I just need a little direction. Thank you

Yes. File a motion for another mediation, explaining the circumstances.
