Need to know liability on car
I took my vehicle to dealership to get warranty work. A employee who works there, stole my car and later wreck my car. What liability does dealership have?

That is an intriguing question that would require
some research. You may have a cause of action
against the dealership. However, that is not to
say you would win. I suggest you make an appointment
to see an attorney.
