Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I live in a "trailer park" when it rains the three storm drains infront of my house dont drain and the street floods and becomes inacessable. the owners refuse to do anything about it, is there anything i can do?

Contact the drain commissioner of the county where you live. Send a letter (with photos) and copy the letter to the trailer park management company. Even if the streets are "private" roads, the county has an interest in keeping water from backing up in the streets and drains.
