Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

My name is mindy wease and i purchased a used vehicle a little over a month ago and recently found out the vin number had been changed.I would like to know whats my legal recource.I would like to get my money back.I am having a conflict with the vin number and vehicle computer.In order to fix properly it will be very expensive and feel betrayed and uncomfortable in keeping it.

Have you reported this to the police? Is this a stolen vehicle? Did you buy from a licensed used car dealer? What does your written contract state?
