Misdiagnosis
Is it legal for an ER doctor to charge you over $300.00 for 5 minutes of his time when he misdiagnoses you? Is it legal for that doctors billing center to review your case and send back an email stating that the misdiagnosis and the diagnosis that I got from my own physician days later is the same thing when any other doctor will tell you otherwise and then in turn tell you to pay anyway?

You pay for the doctor's time. If you don't think you should pay it, dispute the bill with the billing center, and if that doesn't work, with the doctor's office.
