Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

I payed for a "friend" of mine's root canal. It was $800.00. We agreed, she will pay me $60.00 every month on the 4th. I have text messages with her stating she will pay me the $60.00 every month. I also have Facebook messages with her confirming our agreement. She will not pay me, the money she owes. Can I sue her? Do the messages count as evidence that she is supposed to pay me? What should I do? She is ignoring me.

Yes, you can sue her. The emails would likely be considered evidence of an agreement.

Yes, they emails and communications likely add up to an agreement to pay. The issue will be collecting the judgment if you get it. Not an easy task in Florida.
