Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

How do I stop this harassment?

My husband has been divorced from his ex-wife for 5 yrs. She keeps sending us mail with her name & her brother's name on it. We also receive numerous amounts of junk mail pertaining to children but we have no children. She remarried 4 yrs. ago & has since had 2 children with her new husband. Is there anything legally binding that we can do to get her to stop sending us all this junk mail?

Are you sure that she is actually sending the mail? Have you asked her to stop. You can mark mail refused. YOu can send it back. I doubt it is worth the time and effort to hire a lawyer, though.
