Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Florida

Last year I was diagnosed with cancer and had to give my two horses up for adoption. I did write up adoption agreements and one of the horses is doing very well but, unfortunately the other is not. The adopters have broken their contract that stated if animal control had to be called for any reason the horse would return to my custody. Not only are the adopters not releasing the horse they are no longer allowing me access to the horse so that I can check on her. We also allowed the adopters use of our tack which they are also refuseing to return. What course of action can I take to retrieve the horse and how do I go about doing it? Thank you in advanced for your help.
