Legal Question in Health Care Law in Florida
Hi, I am an optometrist in south Florida and I have a
quick question. An undergrad student who wishes to become an optometrist,
wishes to follow me in the exam room and learn by watching. I think this is
great and I love to teach, my question is, what is the law on students
following doctors and does this break and HIPPA laws? Thank you in advance.
