Legal Question in Immigration Law in Florida

rights of children of illegal immigrants

Can an 18 year old who was brought to this country at 6 by her parents who have been here illegally since then, be forced against her will to leave the country with one of the parents? This is partly a divorce and partly an immigration question, I think.
