Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida
in hime boxing instruction
I have boxing experience and have equipment in the garage. Do I need insurance if I charge for my instructing services. The gym will be in my garage.

Most standard home owner insurance policies would not cover claims from a home based business. I suggest you read you policy or talk to your insurance agent. Starting any business raises many legal issues for which you may want to seek legal help, for example will your clients sign a release and does current zoning allow for the business you contemplate to name only two.
