Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I was recently involved in a car accident where I was not at fault. I am going through my own insurance company due to a complication with the other carrier. I do not have rental car coverage on my own policy and did not use a rental car. Can I collect "loss of use" from the other carrier now that coverage has been afforded and liability was accepted by the other carrier?
