Legal Question in Insurance Law in Florida

I need a little help

My wife died as I thought she was my wife until I went to court. When my step children filed for an annullment. And this was granted in there favor. But my wife, was wife is deceased now. And she had appointed me as her spouse on her 401K and spouse support insurance at her job. Before she passed on. I would like to know if I'm still entitled to those benefits. Or I am not entitled to those benefits that she put my name on at her job as her spouse. Or is it non invoid sense the annullment was granted to her chidren after her passing. Should I still contact her job about benefit or not. I don't know what to do now.
