Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

I have a problem i have a product that is similar to another, i have a supplier that bouight a lot of units and he always ask me if it was the original product we always sayd that it was same product as the other but

the product do not has any brand name

she sayd that she sue me because i sold counterfait product but why if we never put any brand and violate

can she do this
