Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

Hi! I am a professional sports handicapper and will be selling my picks on a website nfllocks.net. My Question is, will the NFL sue me for using the words NFL in that domain name? Thanks for your help!

Yes. The NFL is very protective of all of their trade names. The same goes for the term "Super Bowl". Only authorized NFL sponsors are allowed to use their trade names in any way.
