Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Florida

I was selling HARLEY -DAVIDSON jewelry on ebay i was kicked off for selling china fake imports,

can i give it away on ebay if i require a purchase of a different item not associated with harley -davidson ?

As a Franchise Attorney I think the answer should be obvious. Why were you kicked off eBay? Because you were infringing on the Harley Davidson trademark. That infringement will not change just because you are including these items as part of another purchase. You can also check with eBay and consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
