can i break lease at my house?

Sure.

You can always break a lease. You can always breach a contract. You may get sued and if you have breached the contract without appropriate cause, then you will end up with a judgment against you.

Breach a contract and get sued. Think twice before you travel down that path. It can be an expensive lesson in the end.
