Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida
my landlord said ,,no drug dealers or hookers,,,,when i moved in the on site manager asked me where i buy my drugs and said we got a drug dealer in apt. #1,,the dealer said he can sell me anything but cocaine...should the owner let me out of my lease? lots of drug traffic here.

Call the police, let them in on the operation going on. AS to the lease, what does your lease state.
