Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

Landlord irresponsible

I have been living in the same apartment, owned by the same landlord for 6 years. In that time, she has never fixed anything, I have had to do it. She promises everything when you move in and then totally renigs on everything she says after you're in. Basically all she is worried about it the green $$$$. I want to know if there is any way to sue her for not making herself available at 4 different phone numbers when things go wrong. Other tenants are told when they move in, to come to me for any help after hours by her husband, who isn't even listed on the property. I am not the manager or authority figure in any capacity, yet I am the one every one knocks on the door complaining she never returns phone calls or even fixes things she promised to. She is basically a slumlord and has way to many irons in the fire. What can I do legally to her after all this time? How can I find out if she is in foreclosure, being as how I am the one who gets her certified mail notices from her mortgage holder. This is not right and I should know whats going on with my home after 6 years. Is any of the information about foreclosures on rental property public information?
