Landlord Not Paying Bill
My neighbor was just visited by someone stating that there have been no payments on the house she's renting for 1 year now. My neighbor has been making her monthly rent payments to the owners but they haven't paid their mortgage. What does she do now?

She should contact the landlord to find out what is going out; however, she still has an obligation to pay the rent to whom it is due.
