Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I am not on the lease in the apt I'm staying but I "sublet " a different room out to someone else . Now the actual lease holder wants the other person out . The actual lease is up and the other person won't leave .

If she changed the locks will I be arrested for locking that person out?

The individual who has breached the lease has to be evicted. Self help is not allowed. You are not guilty of a crime unless the landlord believe you have potentially stolen the landlord's asset. The landlord can evict or eject the squatter.
