Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I got a lease contract for one year, but some months I pay late, but never be behind two months. Only days from my due date. My question it's because I received a notification of termination of my month by month contract and the landlord just give me 15 days to move up. Is this action correct?

My contract it's due April 30th and the letter I received says I need to move out on March 01st.

Actually the last month he post a 3 day notification because he said I was behind two months, and I demostrate to his lawyer that I was ok, with a photocopy of all my payments( payment made in his bank account).

Help me please!!

If you have a lease for 1 year, it is not month to month tenacy. If you have proof of payment so advise the court. Do not default.
