Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Florida

I live in an apartment complex at the end unit. The landlord, without notice to anyone, bombed the apartment next to mine after that tenant had moved out, and cockroaches came out from everywhere. Within a couple of hours there were over 100 of them. We had to then bomb our place and had to get a hotel for two days and incur costs to clean everything. Should it be the landlord's responbility to reimburse me?

Probably. You should contact the landlord, in writing, stating your case. If they fail to pay any of the costs, you can sue him in small claims court. Take your notes of what happened, when it happened, and all of your receipts, photos, witnesses etc to court. The judge will decide whose story makes the most sense.
